The Collective Good: Unionization, Perceived Control, and Overall Job Satisfaction among Community College Faculty. ERIC Educational Resources Information Center. Linville, Joann E.; Antony, James Soto; Hayden, Ruby A. The research reported in this paper follow up a recent study by the authors on perceived control by examining what role working in a union .   In the limiting case a pure time-delay is achieved [Milsum, J.H., Biological Control Systems Analysis. McGraw-Hill Book Company, New York] and the initial behaviour becoming increasingly sensitive to parameter value perturbation. It is also shown that the modelled drug effect is attenuated, though the duration of action is longer.
